AdBlue Delete

If your vehicle lives its life off-road, on private land or is bound for export outside the EU emission zone, Stoke Tuning can disable the AdBlue dosing system in the engine control unit. Our software delete shuts down the pump, heater and NOx feedback loops, removes related diagnostic trouble codes and stops the mileage countdown that leads to limp mode. We start by reading the entire ECU with Autotuner, saving a secure backup in the cloud and on a local drive. Next we edit the calibration, turning off AdBlue injection strategies while leaving every other map intact so drivability stays stock. The work is completely reversible. If the machine comes back to the road we can flash the original file in minutes and the SCR will function again. We make no hardware changes, no resistors, no sketchy boxes under the seat. Everything happens in the software, checksum-verified, and tested with a road drive down to Stone and back. We carry out delete work only for legitimate off-road or export applications and will advise on the current legislation before we start.
