First, we plug genuine Autotuner hardware into the OBD port and lift the full ECU image. That file lives in two secure backups, ready to restore if you change plans. Next, we physically strip out—or neatly blank—tank heaters, pumps and injector lines, leaving your load area free of clutter and the engine bay easier to service. With the hardware gone, we edit the calibration to turn off all AdBlue routines, fault monitors and level checks. No warning lights, no derate timers, no ERROR-15s ever again. We finish with a road test round Trentham, checking live data to ensure fuelling, boost and temperatures stay factory steady.
